Salt Lake City
On a recent business trip to Salt Lake, I checked in on some of the city's highlights. As you can imagine, these fall mainly in two categories: scenery and Mormonism.
I was lucky to visit around Christmas because the Temple Square is lit up and decorated like the Griswold's house in National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation.
Beginning my Utah visit with a drink, which was deemed the marteeny,
I set out to see the Temple's lights and extensive Nativity scenes and show. It is a spectacle. It was also about 10 degrees!
