photographyblog 2009/04/26 Spring in Central Park Spring in the park is such a release. It seems as if the entire city shows up just to bask in the warmth and see the floral show. I am no exception. Tulips always know where to find the sun. Spring in Central Park and everyone flocks to the lawns. Looking over The Lake, with the Midtown skyline in view. Flowering trees line the Central Park reservoir. Blue flowers with towering red tulips in Central Park's Shakespeare Garden. The first warm spring days brings out the crowd to the great lawn. A spring wedding with much forethought. A blooming cherry tree in Theodore Roosevelt Park. New leaves and flowers make their appearance. The Three Dancing Maidens by Walter Schott grace the conservatory garden in the north end of Central Park.
