Fort Tryon Park is a lovely patch of garden and forest perched in the heights of upper Manhattan. It features the Heather Garden, and has views of the Hudson River and the George Washington Bridge.
Groundhog, a.k.a. Woodchuck
I spotted this groundhog right in the center of the park. An unusual wildlife sighting in the middle of the city.

George Washington Bridge
The bridge looms over this neighborhood. I like the close up of the pier, which shows all the lights along the top, and there is a room, with windows, where the cables meet.
