2011 Sikh Parade

The Sikh Parade always happens in Spring, and is one of the more colorful parades in the city. It celebrates Vaisakhi Day, one of the most important Sikh holidays of the year. I enjoy this gathering because the people are so happy, and it’s a family-oriented celebration with a lot of pomp and ritualistic costume.
