Easter Parade 2013
My first Easter Parade, and surely not my last. This is one of the great events for photographers. People are there to see and be seen, so if one is shy about taking pictures of people out in the wild, this is a great opportunity to walk right up to people and snap away.
To emphasize my subject, I like to desaturate the background, and maybe lower the exposure too, if I can get away with it, as I did in these first four shots.
