Cathedral of Saint John the Divine
I’ve visited this cathedral many times. It is my favorite cathedral. It is one of the largest cathedrals in the world, and embodies a true vision of openness, liberalism, and inclusion.
I have taken many photos of the façade and interior, so you won’t see many photos of such here.

The rose window at St. John the Divine, the largest in the US.

A portion of the Communicaiton stained glass window. The window was built in 1920, and shows radio, broadcasting, stringing telephone lines, and the telegraph. It also shos someone watching something on a box. Television?

Blurry stained glass through a wrought iron gate.

One panel from St. John the Divine's bronze doors.
The current art installation is Surveys (from the Cape of Good Hope) by Jane Alenander. I have no idea what the story is, but it makes for eerie subjects.
The grounds of the cathedral is home to three peacocks, Phil (who is white), Harry, and Jim. Harry likes to show off and defend his food source in a garage.
