Background
These albums were meticulously put together by my grandfather, Schuyler Beattie. I wanted to preserve his legacy of collecting and documenting by digitizing these albums and extracting their photos.

Guy Beattie Family
1880–1976
The Guy Beattie Family album centers around Guy Beattie and his wife Mary Ann Killough Beattie and spans from 1880–1976. Beginning with their parents and aunts and uncles, the album has many photos from the Schuyler Flatts (their home), and one section for each of their children: Bill, Kathryn, Chick, Biddy, George, Mary, and Schuyler.
Keenan Family
1887–1958
The Keenan Family album centered around Dr. Michael Keenan, his wife Rose Justine Mehan Keenan, and their kids Bill, Michael Jr., Rosamond, and Estelle. The album covers the years 1887 to 1958 and ultimately focuses on Rosamond Keenan Beattie and Schuyler Beattie’s family.
Schuyler Beattie
1912–1940
The chronicles of Schuyler Beattie, my grandfather, from birth in 1912, through his teenage years and his time at the Flatts. He includes his amateur acting, his early career at Paramount Pictures, travels to Hollywood in 1939, and concludes with his marriage to Rosamond Keenan in 1940.
Schuyler Beattie Family
1941–1956
Schuyler and Rosamond Keenan Beattie’s family from 1941–1956. From their marriage in 1940, the birth of their children, Rosamond, Linda, and Mary, their move from Watervliet, New York to Downers Grove, Illinois in 1949, and back to Narberth, Pennsylvania in 1954.
Beattie Family Trip
1957
Schuyler and Rosamond Beattie’s cross-country trip with the kids in the summer of 1957. They ventured from Pennsylvania out to Nebraska, Colorado, California, Nevada, Wyoming, and South Dakota, and even visited Disneyland.
